Our Story

Josh and Amber met in a Salsa class back in 2011 and the rest is history! After a few years of traveling the world and training together, they decided to start a dance performance company: Alma Milwaukee. The academy , back in 2016, originally opened as a rehearsal space for Alma and 8 years later, turned into the largest Latin dance academy in the Midwest!

Josh & Amber are extremely passionate about taking what they’ve learned over the past 13 years and have created a program for anyone with little to no experience to become a confident Salsa and Bachata social dancer.

OUR MISSION

Our goal is growth and mission is to inspire, motivate and challenge anybody to becoming the best version of themselves. From the basics to techniques, we are an academy committed to our students.
